Short version: the free tools never upload your file. Paid pipelines keep rules and metadata, plus a 7-day snapshot so your table page can render.

1. What the free tools do

The CSV tools at /tools/* parse and clean files inside your browser. No file, row, or cell is transmitted to our servers. There is no upload endpoint for them to talk to.

2. What paid pipelines store

Account: your email address and an API key.
Pipeline config: the source URL, the rules you saved, the schedule.
Run metadata: timestamps, row counts, error messages, warnings.
Result snapshot: the most recent output table, kept for 7 days and then deleted automatically. This is what your table page renders. We do not build a history of your data.

We do not sell data, do not use it to train models, and do not share it except with the processors listed below.

3. Processors

Cloudflare — hosting, Workers, D1, R2 (global edge network).
Creem — payments and tax handling (they are the merchant of record).
Resend — transactional email (alerts and run summaries).

4. Cookies and analytics

No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Analytics, if enabled, is privacy-preserving and aggregate-only.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account and all associated pipelines and runs at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Deletion is permanent and usually completed within 7 days.
